The app allows an exhibitor to scan a lead directly via QR. The conversation is then still fresh, and you don't have to reconstruct anything afterwards.
A lead is only really useful if you know what was discussed and what the next step is. In the app, users can qualify leads, add notes and find them later via search and filters.
During the event, you have an overview of your leads, and afterwards you can export the leads. Handy for teams who want to quickly connect with sales or marketing.
At trade shows, a booth team often works with several colleagues. The app supports sharing scanning access (depending on permissions) via a QR, so multiple people can scan for the same event.
Besides lead scanning, the app can also be used as an additional ticket scanner for access/check-in. This can be useful at peak times or an extra entrance, for example.
