PAD Paris

After the successful collaboration during PAD London, PAD Paris followed in the spring. Exhibitors could send invitations to the event to all their customers and invitees via the protected back-office environment. From Collectors to VIPs, special tickets were created for each type of visitor.

New year reception VNAB

Eventpartners' handheld scanners were used for the VNAB's New Year's reception at the St Laurenskerk church in Rotterdam. Within an hour, the large number of invitees had arrived and the reception could begin.

Google Cloud Next

Google Cloud Next event at Bluepoint Antwerp. Deployment of data collectors for both break-out sessions and lead scanning by sponsors at stands. At the end of each day, exhibitors received that day's leads, scanned via QR on badges. Deployment of add-on system for on-site registration.

Roofs & Business

Registration during the Dutch Dakenvakbeurs Daken & Zaken 2022 in the Gorinchem Evenementenhal. Complete badge printing with scanners and look-up system. Deployment of data collectors for exhibitors to scan leads via the QR on badges with contact details.

Maritime Awards Gala

Maritime Awards Gala 2022 at the Doelen in Rotterdam. Complete pre-registration of invitees with allocations per table. Special pin-up badges appropriate to the occasion. Automatic scan & print with look-up system if required.

The Competition Congress

The annual Competition Congress at the Royal Tropical Institute in Amsterdam. Pre-registration with session choices printed on the badge on arrival. Badges include full name of visitor in addition to session choice.

PAD London

Amy Simons, Hosting Team, on scanner speed: "It's super fast: I've worked with ticket scanners at other events and often had to wait a long time between scanning tickets. With Eventpartners' scanners, I can scan sequentially and read multiple QRs within one second."

ASIA NOW Paris
