We can set you up with a system that’s full-functional and adapted to the homestyle of your company. This is ideal when it’s important for you to always be able to work within our system and when you often organize different events with/within the same company; for instance when you’re occupied with planning multiple congresses. 

User friendly tools

We offer a set of tools and online utilities, which will make it easy for you to keep track of the event you’re planning. Through an accessible online environment you can easily create registration forms and email invitations. Moreover, you’re able to set up entry pages for webinars, print badges at physical events and set up newsletters using our editing tool (and save them as templates for further use).

Personal online environment

We make sure to create an online environment that suits your needs, which is adapted to the homestyle of your company and has all functionalities you require. By incorporating API’s and smart tools, we make it possible to set up events even faster. All the Eventpartners devices, tools and online environments that come with our license are created in a way that gives everyone the opportunity to independently setup complete events. At the same time, we offer full service, help and support when needed.

Big (yearly) returning or one-off events

Do you need our help for a single (big) event, then we can take a lot of effort out of your hands. This option is ideal when the event you organize is for instance a big (yearly) fair or a one-off congress.

All-in-one package

We offer a complete set of tools to save you a ton of work and to help make your event take place smoothly. State-of-the-art registration forms and the creation of a streamlined invitation trajectory will make the setup of your big event easy and clear. At the physical event we supply all the IT hardware (computers, scanners, printers, badges) and software for the registration of visitors. Moreover, we can provide exhibitors with tools like data-collectors and even a special visitor application with a geographical map of the fair/congress and many more functions.

It’s very important that your organization can all take place in one accessible online environment, that’s why we created one which we will adapt to your specific needs; personalized and easy-to-use.
